We are a family-run business with over 70 employees providing superior building maintenance and glazing services in the South East of England. We cater for both repair and replacement services for windows, doors, garage doors, locks, cladding and roller shutters.
In addition to the work we carry out for private clients, we have long established working partnerships with many large organisations, for example, Crawley Borough Council, West Sussex County Council, Local Health and Education Authorities, Letting and Management Agencies and National Contractors.
We are proud to serve as approved contractors under the Trading Standards’ ‘Buy with Confidence’ scheme and we are accredited under the ‘Safe Contractors’ scheme. We are also trade association members with FENSA and a Gold Member with Constructionline.
Here at Johnsons we pride ourselves in being a connected business. We have built incredible relationships with the local community through fulfilled promises, trust, outstanding customer care and high quality services. We are different to other companies because we do not do sales calls or follow up calls post quotation. If a client contacts us for a quotation, we will provide clear costings and leave it up to them if they would like to go ahead. We keep the quotation on file for a year but we do not pressure customers into using our services. If a customer is wanting a large amount of work doing, for example a whole house of new windows and doors but would prefer to carry out the work in phases, we are able to accommodate this.
Mark, Paul, Sally, Kirsten and Caine Johnson all work for the company doing various roles.
Brothers Mark and Paul Johnson are both the company Directors. Sally, Mark's wife is our office manager. Kirsten, Mark and Sally's daughter is responsible for contract work invoicing and our marketing. Caine, Mark and Sally's son is responsible to Health & Safety and is the contract support lead. Kyle, Paul's son and Clarke, Mark and Paul's nephew are also part of our operatives team.
We are proud to have such an incredible team working in our office. We have our Accounts Department team of Sophie and Frances. Our Logistics team Carrie, Jodie, Chelsea, Val and Harry. Beckie and Sarah are responsible for contract work. Carl is our Operations Manager. Also Del, Simon and Pete who manage our yard and stock.
We have a strong team of over 60 operatives, some of which have been at Johnsons for over 30 years.
